Why We Exist
Africa is in the middle of a digital transformation that is happening faster than the education system is producing people ready to participate in it. The IFC projects that 230 million jobs across Sub-Saharan Africa will require digital skills by 2030. In Kenya alone, 50–55% of all jobs will require at least basic digital competency. The talent to fill those roles exists — across every campus, every organisation, every household in this country. What has been missing is training that is practical enough to convert potential into capability.
Chezastemed was built to close that gap. Not by issuing more certificates, but by producing more people who can actually do the work — confidently, immediately, and at a level that employers and clients recognise on day one.
