Digital & Tech Skills
Web Development with AI Skills
A 12-week live online programme that takes you from no coding experience to building, publishing, and owning a real website, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript alongside AI tools that help you work faster and smarter from day one.
Build Websites, Use AI to Do It Faster.
Every business needs a website. Most business owners in Kenya pay a developer between KES 30,000 and KES 150,000 to build one — and then pay again every time they need an update, a new page, or a pricing change. This programme ends that dependency.
In 12 weeks, you will learn how the web actually works, write HTML to structure content, CSS to style it, and JavaScript to make it interactive. You will use Git and GitHub the way professional developers do. And you will use AI tools — GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor AI — not as shortcuts that replace understanding, but as multipliers that make you faster once you have the foundation.
Who Is This Programme For?
- Complete beginners who want to build websites and understand the code behind them — not just use a drag-and-drop builder
- Entrepreneurs and SME owners who are tired of paying a developer for every small website update
- Professionals and graduates looking for the most affordable entry point into tech with a clear freelance income path
- Anyone who has built something on WordPress or Wix and wants to understand what is actually happening underneath
A competent freelance web developer in Nairobi charges KES 30,000–100,000 per project. After this programme, you have the skills, the portfolio, and the tools to have that conversation with your first client. |

Course Curriculum
How the Web Works and Your Developer Setup
What happens when you type a URL. Browsers, servers, and HTML files — and how they connect. You will have your first HTML page visible in a browser before the first session ends.
HTML: Structuring the Web
Semantic HTML, headings, paragraphs, links, images, forms, and the document structure that makes a page readable by browsers and search engines alike.
CSS: Styling and Layout
Selectors, the box model, Flexbox, and Grid. How to take a plain HTML document and turn it into a designed, visually coherent webpage. You will style your first full page layout in this module.
Responsive Design for Every Screen
Media queries, mobile-first design, fluid typography. By the end of this module your pages will look professional on a phone, a tablet, and a widescreen monitor.
JavaScript: Making Pages Interactive
Variables, functions, events, and the DOM. How to make buttons respond, forms validate themselves, and content change without reloading the page.
AI-Assisted Development
How professional developers use GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor AI, and Replit AI in their actual workflow. You will use all of them in this module — and learn when to trust the output and when to question it.
Git, GitHub, and Version Control
Commit, push, pull, branch, merge. The professional workflow every development team uses. You will have a public GitHub profile with your project history by the end of this module.

What Our Students Are Saying
I run a small catering business and used to pay KES 8000 every time I needed a website update. After the programme I can handle changes myself in minutes. I have also built websites for other small businesses in my network and earned from it which made the course pay for itself within the first year.
I had used WordPress before but never really understood the code behind it. This programme changed that completely and gave me clarity on how things work. I now know how to troubleshoot issues and build without relying on templates which has made me far more confident.
I enrolled as a fresh media studies graduate with no technical skills at all. By the time I finished I had built a live portfolio site that helped me land my first internship at a digital agency. They specifically said my GitHub profile made me stand out from other candidates.
